What Construction Debris Removal Covers
Construction debris removal is the haul-away of waste generated by building, remodeling, and demolition work. It covers wood, framing, drywall, tile, flooring, metal, concrete, brick, roofing tear-off, fixtures, packaging, and the mixed debris a job site produces. The work includes loading the material, hauling it to the correct disposal or recycling facility, and clearing the site so the next phase can begin. The difference from general junk removal is the material. Construction debris is heavy and mixed, and much of it must be sorted and taken to facilities that accept building waste, not a standard landfill. Many Los Angeles cities require construction and demolition waste to be diverted and documented, and handling that correctly is part of the job. We work for contractors on active sites and for homeowners managing their own remodels.
